Born in Berlin in 1981, Juliane studied architecture at the Technical University of Berlin until she received her intermediate diploma in 2005. At the same time, she completed internships in the areas of theater, TV and film. This was followed by various activities in almost all areas of the art department, including for Madefor Film, Filmpool Fiction, UFA Fiction, UFA Serial Drama, ndF, Wiedemann & Berg, Producers at Work, Constantin Television, U5 Filmproduktion, Tam Tam Film, Florida TV, etc. In 2008 she focused on the profession of production designer by taking up postgraduate studies in production design at the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy in Ludwigsburg and graduating with a diploma in 2011. Since then she has been living and working in Berlin again.
